Our intumescent coatings are engineered to react under high temperatures by expanding into a thick, insulating foam char layer. This expansion significantly delays heat transfer to the steel substrate, allowing critical load-bearing structures to maintain stability for extended fire-resistance periods (30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on specification requirements).
